Reservation and prices

Rules of making reservation for two houses: „Masuria 1” and „Masuria 2” are provided below and they concern only individual stays. In the case of business or occasional stays, rules of making reservation for the whole resort or one of two parts and prices will be established in different way and in this situation please contact with reception of the resort :
  • We rent resorts for minimum stay of 7days in HIGH season (09.06 - 01.09) and for minimum 2 days in LOW season (02.09-08.06).
  • Day in our resort lasts from 16 o’clock on Saturday in arrival date to 11 o’clock on Saturday in departure day.

Low season– 400 PLN / day
    *) – cot 100 PLN / stay
- delivered bed 100 PLN / stay

Masuria 2 ***** 10 people*) 2012

High season– 750 PLN / day
Low season – 600 PLN / day
    *) – cot 100 PLN / stay - delivered bed 150 PLN / stay,- sauna 100Pln/stay
    *) It is possible to take small dog(25pln/day) but after agreement with the reception before arrival.

  • In order to make reservation please fill in the whole form, which is nearby. Data sending is only precondition of making reservation, because final reservation will be assumed until meeting some requirements desribed below as well reception should confirm it.
  • We guarantee the reservation after paying in the advance of 40% on the account in 3 days from date of receiving confirmation of the stay ( based on form, that is provided ) from recepcja@villamasuria.pl.
  • In the case of cancelling the stay 4 weeks before arriving, we will return 50% paid advance. However, when the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arriving, then we will be under an obligation to take complete advance which was paid.
  • Price includes changing towels after every 3 days ( and always on Tuesday ).
  • We administer separate beds with possibility of joining them in each room. If a bed for marriage is needed, please mention it in form of reservation in the section – “Remarks”.
  • In arrival date we take bail for Masuria 1 - 700 pln, for Masuria 2 - 1000 pln. Bail will be paid back in departure day.
